Total-U-Fitness provides a variety of certified personal fitness trainers, massage therapists, and nutritional counselors who will meet with you in your home, office, or gym.

A representative from Total-U-Fitness will meet with you for an initial consultation and assessment to discuss goals, expectations, and options. Upon completion, the appropriate fitness specialist will be assigned to you to begin your journey of health and fitness.
