About Total-U-Fitness
Total-U-Fitness (TUF) was founded by
fitness professionals Michelle and Tony Myatt, a couple devoted to
a health and wellness lifestyle based on exercise, nutrition and
everything in between.
Michelle and Tony launched TUF in 2004 with a goal of sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with people seeking help achieving and maintaining a healthy life.
There are no quick fixes for goals such as losing weight, building muscle, improving sports performance, rehabilitating injuries or reducing stress. They understand this, and offer a multi-disciplinary approach to overall health that gives you the best chance for success.
To further share their knowledge and passion for fitness & health, Michelle and Tony also host a radio show Saturday mornings at 5 am on AM 560 WIND. Totally Fit Radio entertains and informs listeners in all areas of exercise, nutrition, massage therapy and so much more!
