Our fitness coaches are happy to conduct your personal training sessions at the location most convenient for you:
- TUF Studio
- Your home
- Your office
- Your gym
If you choose to work out at your home or office, your coach will arrive with the equipment necessary for your session.
If you choose to work out in your gym or happen to have fitness equipment at home, your trainer will incorporate it into your sessions.
