In keeping with our focus on fitness as a whole, we offer a wide range of classes to address all the aspects of a well-rounded exercise regimen.

Open Attendance

All of our group fitness strength, cardio vascular fitness and flexibility classes are open to punch pass drop-in attendees.

Unlimited Options

If you are interested in a particular fitness class not listed here, please contact us. If we receive enough requests, it may be possible to arrange for a certified instructor and add the class to our schedule.
