Core and More
Core training involves working the muscle groups essential to body balance and stabilization. These muscles include the abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. In addition to building strength in these important muscle groups, the instructor will also work on flexibility training in order to promote muscle growth, mobility and joint health.
Core strength is an important factor in balance, energy and general health. It improves athletic performance as well as daily functioning, and protects our bodies as we age. Core training is an essential part of any fitness routine.
