Martial Arts

Many martial art systems offer the same physical benefits you can achieve with traditional forms of exercise. But in addition to teaching self defense skills, studying a martial art can also improve balance, flexibility, stamina and posture. Some systems also offer healing properties that promote long term health and well being.

We currently offer these martial arts at the TUF studio:

Tai Chi
Shaolin Kung Fu
Qigong

Registration Only Attendance

Due to the progressive and structured nature of martial arts training, these classes cannot accommodate punch pass drop-in attendees. Only registered participants may attend.
