Qigong
Qigong (chi-kung) means "working with life energy." It is a philosophy of martial arts that aligns your breath, physical movements, body awareness and mental state. According to Chinese tradition, Qigong promotes healing and health by enhancing your natural energy (qi).
Qigong is a great activity for those interested in a low impact activity that promotes mental acuity and general well being.
