Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a Chinese style of martial arts that features slow, fluid movements and breathing techniques to achieve a state of mental and physical relaxation. Originally developed as a defensive art, Tai Chi is currently practiced primarily as a gentle exercise method with strong healing properties.
Tai Chi facilitates healing and general well-being. It is favored by those interested in promoting health, longevity and mental acuity with a low impact activity.
